Hi Crocs, 

With the hot weather we've been experiencing, please ensure your swimmers are getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated before the swim meet. I would love for all the swimmers to participate tonight, and it would be disappointing if they didn't feel their best later due to the heat today. 😊 

Also, don't forget to bring a chair since Penn Acres usually doesn't have many available for our team.
