What a fantastic way to wrap up our regular season—with a 333-266 victory over Sherwood Park! 🐊💚 We are so proud of every swimmer for their hard work, determination, and incredible team spirit all season long. Way to finish strong!

Time Trials Practice Schedule

Thursday (7/9)
🏊 Morning: 10:00–11:00 AM
🏊 Evening: 7:00–8:00 PM
Please note: There will be just one evening practice for all swimmers participating in Time Trials.

Friday (7/10)
🏊 9:00–10:00 AM

Monday (7/13)
🏊 9:00–10:00 AM

Tuesday (7/14)
🏊 10:00–11:00 AM

Please note: The pool will be closed on Tuesday as Crestmoor hosts Time Trials. We will be at the pool throughout the day preparing for the meet.

Wednesday (7/15)
🏊 9:00–10:00 AM

Additional Practice Opportunity
If your swimmer would like extra practice during the day or in the evening, our lifeguards will place one lane line in the pool for swimming. Please note that the coaching staff will be at Time Trials each afternoon and evening from Sunday through Wednesday, so these will be uncoached practice opportunities.

Practice for any swimmers advancing to Championships will be announced once those details are finalized.

Finally, thank you all for EVERYTHING you've done this season. Whether you volunteered, donated, cheered from the sidelines, or supported your swimmers every step of the way, you helped make this an incredible season. Coach Kate and I are so grateful for each and every one of you.
